ACRO I  (4-7yrs) & ACRO II (7yrs & up):
Learn the basics or work on advancing your skills in this flexible Acro class!
Acro is not the typical tumbling or gymnastics class. Miss Denise will guide the class towards increased flexibility, balance, strength, muscle control, discipline and concentration. This class will focus on fundamental acrobatic technique by teaching such skills as handstands, headstands, elbow stands, cartwheels, back bends, walkovers, balance and contortion tricks.  All instruction using the "Miss Denise method" is at each student's individual level of experience. And it's fun, too!

Broadway Theater (all ages): Students will learn theatrical choreography as they dance and act their way through popular Broadway songs! 

Junior Movers (1st & 2nd Grade): Our variety classes are a 45-minute lesson that meets once a week.  We begin each class with a stretching period followed by instruction in the following areas of dance:  Tap, Jazz, Ballet, Acro, & Baton. Instruction in each area is rotated weekly so that all areas are introduced to our students throughout the month. Each variety class will learn about all types of dance at a level appropriate to the age & ability of the group.

Hip Hop (6 yrs & up): Hip hop is a high-energy class that infuses the latest styles of street dancing, breaking, popping, and locking.
Miss Denise will encourage students to step outside of the box by bringing their own individual style and personality to the movements. Hip hop dance requires students to have the strength and stamina to successfully perform moves. Therefore, class includes upper and lower body conditioning as well as a rigorous warm-up to help prepare students for more intense movements.

Buddies (all ages): "Buddies" is a class which will include Miss Denise's helpers, children with special needs and any other student who would like to be a part of this special experience. Our Buddies class is a 45 minute lesson that meets once a week. This class is for young dancers with special needs who may or may not require assistance to dance.  We begin with a brief stretching period followed by learning short combinations.  Each student will be taught at an appropriate level based on their individual ability. A second class will be added based on number of dancers, age, and ability.

Mini Movers (3-4yrs): Our variety classes are a 45-minute lesson that meets once a week.  We begin each class with a stretching period followed by instruction in the following areas of dance:  Tap, Jazz, Ballet, Acro, & Baton. Instruction in each area is rotated weekly so that all areas are introduced to our students throughout the month. Each variety class will learn about all types of dance at a level appropriate to the age & ability of the group.

Level I (2nd-3rd Grade): Our combo class is a 75 minute lesson that meets once a week.  We begin with a stretching period followed by intervals of instruction in Tap, Jazz & Ballet. Our students will be involved in a more structured lesson with an emphasis on technique.  Each student will be taught at an appropriate level based on the ability of the class.

Level II (3rd-5th Grade): Our variety classes are a 75-minute lesson that meets once a week.  We begin each class with a stretching period followed by instruction in the following areas of dance:  Tap, Jazz, Ballet, Acro, & Baton. Instruction in each area is rotated weekly so that all areas are introduced to our students throughout the month. Each variety class will learn about all types of dance at a level appropriate to the age & ability of the group.

Level III (6th Grade & Up): Our combo class is a 75 minute lesson that meets once a week.  We begin with a stretching period followed by intervals of instruction in Tap, Jazz & Ballet. Adult Yoga (all levels welcome!): Come join our Yoga family as we flow together! This class is open to all ages and all levels!
